Norfolk County, Ontario, is the first community in Canada to make an official proclamation for #GivingTuesdayCa happening officially on Tuesday, December 3, 2013!  Pictured is Dana Bushell of the United Way of Haldimand and Norfolk and Mayor of Norfolk, Dennis Travale signing the proclamation at Norfolk County Council Chambers this morning.  The official announcement will be made at Council on the evening of December 3rd, 2013.
